Probate and Trust Law
Ryan Grubich practices probate, estate, and trust litigation and administration throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Grubich has focused on these practice areas for the entirety of his legal career, successfully representing both plaintiffs/petitioners and defendants/respondents in contested matters involving undue influence, lack of capacity, tortious interference with an expected inheritance, fraud, and civil theft. As a litigator, Mr. Grubich has traveled throughout Florida and across the United States, representing clients in both federal and state courts and has obtained multiple final judgments in favor of his clients. Additionally, Mr. Grubich has handled probate, estate, and trust administrations in a multitude of counties throughout Florida. Mr. Grubich has placed an emphasis on and has tailored his practice to focus on individual client needs to obtain optimal results for his clients.
After graduating as the valedictorian of LaSalle-Peru Township High School in Illinois, Mr. Grubich moved to South Florida and attended the Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College at Florida Atlantic University. While attending the Honors College at FAU, Mr. Grubich double majored in Political Science and Mathematics. Mr. Grubich enjoyed his experience in South Florida and after graduating from FAU, he attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a member of the Business Law Review and the University of Miami’s nationally ranked Moot Court. He was also a Dean’s Fellow in the legal research and writing department.
